Ingredients
- 1⁄2 (32 oz) bag of crinkle fries, baked
- 1⁄2 (6 oz) box of white cheddar mac and cheese, prepared
- 3 slices bacon, fried
- 1⁄4 lb Ingles Deli coleslaw
- Onion rings, to garnish
Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 3⁄4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 tsp salta
Optional
- 1 cup Laura Lynn ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cola soda
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, loose
- 1⁄4 cup kosher salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all cola sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all cheddar cheese sauce ingredients. Stir continuously for about 10 minutes, or until smooth.
- Place the baked fries on a plate, bowl, or a lined plastic basket. Layer the white cheddar mac and cheese on top.
- Pour the cheddar cheese sauce over the mac and cheese in a sweeping motion and then top with bacon slices.
- Drizzle a generous layer of cola sauce over the bacon.
- Add the coleslaw on top and garnish with onion rings.
